Well, I didn't feel a whole lot bigger from last week to this week, and I took pictures the same way as last week, but I didn't look a whole lot bigger either. So I decided that this week, since I said I'd post pictures every week, I'd do something a little different. So here are some pictures of me in the living room, and one even with my face. I did measure though, and I was 1 in bigger this week. So now I'm 41 in around my belly, although I haven't gained any weight for the last 4 weeks. I'm sure that has to do with me eating better because of my gestational diabetes. I actually think I might have lost weight, and the good thing, is it's not from my belly, because that's getting bigger. We'll see at my appointment today if I've changed my weight at all.
My mom is coming down this weekend for my baby shower, so I think we'll have some fun. She'll basically only be here for Saturday, so it'll be busy. We're going to go get our toenails done, since I can hardly reach mine, and then my baby shower and then I think we're going take some belly pictures of me and Shane. I can't believe I haven't forced Shane to take some with me already. ;) Anyway, so I'll have some pictures to share after this weekend. I also think we're doing dinner with everyone Saturday night, so I'll have some pictures of everyone else too! Hooray! Anyway, I'm excited to see my mom, and I'm excited to see everyone I haven't seen for a while at my shower!

Yay for family and yay for pics! I can't wait to see everyone either! Oh, and don't let me forget...yay for baby showers. I know exactly where you are standing right now! =) And your outfit looks super cute! And I didn't know you had gestational diabetes...did you tell my dad, I am sure he would be sympathetic! Haha, jk, I know, totally different. Stop feeding that baby sugar! Ok, I probably eat way more sugar than you and Shane put together...
I wanna go to dinner with "everyone"! Maybe in July... Gestational Diabetes, huh? Yikes. At least you don't have a whole lot of time to go. And the good news is that it usually clears up after delivery. But still... no fun. :( Have a happy baby shower. I'll get you a gift when I come down in July. I won't have much room to take anything with me on the plane, so I'll get it when I'm there. Anything you really want?
Well, the good thing about my GD is it's barely anything at all. All I have to do is watch my diet, and I think I've done good so far seeing as I only gained 1 lb since my last dr's appt to yesterday. And Ashleigh, you're so sweet, if you really want to get me something then ask me when you get here, because right now I have no idea what I'll get at my shower. Thanks though!! I wish you were here so you could come! The cake is supposed to be amazing.
